Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy was born in Miami Florida on 16 April 1996. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker. Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology student. The father of her is Argentine of Scottish and English descendance. Her mother comes from Spanish as well as English roots. Taylor Joy is the youngest of four siblings. One of them is in each parent's prior marriages. The family was in Buenos Aires until she was six then relocated to the Victoria region in London. Taylor-Joy claims that the move into London was difficult and that she was unable to learn English in order to prevent returning to Argentina. She had to switch schools from Northlands and then Hill House. Later, she enrolled in Queen's Gate School where she trained in ballet and appeared in school plays. At the age of 16 she left the school and pursued a career as an actress full-time. At a very young age, Taylor-Joy had a dream to become an actress and her dreams came true when she was given the opportunity to model Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
