She's one of the biggest artists that have come out of American Idol. The singer began to play around with music and themes as her success increased. As a tribute to her talent and individuality, she has been rewarded with a variety of accolades as well as awards. She has also received the Grammy Award a record three times. Apart from her singing profession, she has also had a stint in TV and film. She has also written her children's book River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and been involved in various charities.
